No Smoking or Alcohol:
Please ensure timely departure. If you require additional time, kindly inform us at least 30 minutes before the scheduled end of your session.
Please leave the space in a clean and tidy condition.
Any equipment or props damaged during your session must be paid for by the guest.
Kindly turn off all lighting equipment, lights, and AC/Heat when leaving
No confetti or glitter
A cleaning fee will be applied if the studio is left in poor condition.

Full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours from receipt of Booking Confirmation, excluding same-day bookings.
* Full refund for cancellations made up to 7 days before the event start time.
* 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the event start time.

Guests can reschedule bookings up to 48 hours before the booking start time.

* There is no grace period. Please book enough time for setup and breakdown. Overtime fees apply at 1.5 times the hourly rate.
* Contact us at least 30 minutes before your scheduled end time for additional time, subject to availability.

* Each rental includes WHITE paper pull. 6ft max on the ground. Additional color paper request is available for a $28 fee.
* Each pull is 6ft max on the ground , you will be charged a fee for going over that length.
* Notify us at least 2 days before your session about your color setup request.

The day before your session you will be provided with 2 codes to access the studio.

We do not provide photography services. Only Studio Rental.

Parking is not provided, but free street parking is available nearby.

Cameras are set up in the common areas of the studio for security and liability purpose.

Glitter and confetti are not allowed in any of the studio.
