• Please ensure timely departure. If you require additional time, kindly inform us at least 30 minutes before the scheduled end of your session.

• Leave the space in a clean and tidy condition. A cleaning fee will be applied if the studio is left in poor condition.

• Any equipment or props damaged during your session must be paid for by the guest.

• Kindly turn off all lighting equipment, lights, and AC/Heat when leaving.

• Full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours from receipt of Booking Confirmation, excluding same-day bookings.

* Full refund for cancellations made up to 7 days before the event start time.

* 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the event start time.

• Guests can reschedule bookings up to 48 hours before the booking start time.

* There is no grace period. Please book enough time for setup and breakdown. Overtime fees apply at 1.5 times the hourly rate.

* Contact us at least 30 minutes before your scheduled end time for additional time, subject to availability.

You will be sent instructions on how to access the studio the day before your session.

* Each rental includes WHITE paper pull. Additional paper colors are available for an extra fee.

* Notify us at least 1 day before your session for specific color setup.

* Any unauthorized use of additional paper colors will incur charges.

* Do not tamper with the background system without permission.
